A team lead by Dr Deng Zigang at Southwest Jiaotong University in China have built a magle...

  • Can reach a speed of 1,800 mph (2,900 km/h)
  • Uses a vacuum to minimize air resistance. 
  • It also uses electromagnetism to lift the train off a track and to provide propulsion.
  • It is smoother to ride than surface-supported alternatives and are is affected by the weather.

  • The latest design features an insect-like frame that makes extensive use of bamboo and like the solarwatt systerm, it features glass-on-glass solar modules on its rooftop.
  • The system is designed to enable owners to charge direct from the solar collector panels and providing a detailed report on the amount of solar going into the system and how that compares against grid consumption.

  • I selected these sites because I visit them a lot to find out information.


  1. Was it easy to find feeds and to subscribe to them?

  • Yes, finding the feeds and subscribing to them was easy. However, not all websites that I visit daily had RSS feeds.

  1. Which sites were your favorites?

  • New York Times, USA Recalls, and Digital Photography news.

  1. What else can you use RSS feeds for?

  • To help your everyday browsing experience by showing all your websites in one location.

  1. How likely are you to continue to use RSS feeds in the future?
  • Most likely, I am not going to continue using RSS feeds because I use the internet to go on Netflix, and to blog.
